Do you have a door entry solution?
BPT Systems Pty Ltd provides a range of audio and video solutions for the market. The range of products includes high quality entry panels, capable of video and access control features, through to audio and video receivers for the residence in a range of styles and finishes.
Is your system IP based?
Yes to a degree. The BPT solution integrates the latest IP technology to provide a complete audio / video door entry solution that can connect to the same building infrastructure as voice, video and data services. This makes the design and installation of the system easy and efficient, which will ultimately result in lower cost of ownership for the client.
How do I find out more?
The easiest way to locate further information about the BPT products and solutions is to visit www.bptsystems.com.au. The website will provide more detail on the range of door entry panels, receivers and systems available. There are also some fantastic project references available, both local and international where the BPT system has been installed. Brochures, technical data, as well as upcoming events are also listed.

Can someone assist me with a project I have?
Absolutely! To assist in your project enquiry, we will need to obtain a few simple details of the project to determine the most effective solution for you. This project enquiry sheet is to be sent to sales@bptsystems.com.au which will then be registered into the projects database. The result will be a Bill of Material (BOM) along with pricing and any assumptions for the project. If the requesting party requires system programming and commissioning, this will be referred to a Systems Integrator.
Do you have any specificiation material I can use for my project?
Yes. We will send you a copy of the specification document that will assist in implementing the BPT door entry solution into your project.
Do you offer training on the projects?
Yes. The website (www.bptsystems.com.au ) provides you with the chance to see the training that is available on the product range. If you are looking for something that is different to the information provided, please let us know and we will see what we can do to support your request.
What happens if I have a technical issue with the BPT products?
Not a problem. There are a couple of ways this technical issue may be supported. On our website (www.bptsystems.com.au), we have provided a number of system application notes (SAN’s) that are a great reference for the most common system configurations. They are a great source of information to assist you in implementing the BPT solution into your project.
Alternatively, we have a dedicated team of Technical Support Assistants (TSA’s) who will be able to assist you on any trouble areas experienced. Simply call 1300 897 287 and select the appropriate prompt.

TRAINING
BPT organizes training courses covering video entry systems and home automation across Australia. The courses are held periodically according to the number of participants, who are required to book in advance.
